How do you promote a steakhouse restaurant without boring the shit out of everyone with the usual (big fat photograph of your steak, peppered with the words delicious and tantalizing, followed by a testimonial from some CEO named Bob)? Learn from Maloney & Porcelli. Just don’t tell your Finance department.
