crossing over to the dark side
By Pat Law™ • Nov 2nd, 2008I left the Adland a few days ago for the dark side (google: public relations). The decision was not difficult to make, but painful all the same. For crying out loud, I celebrated my 21st birthday in the otherwise-forbidden-to-all-Suits creative room of Publicis (the Executive Creative Director liked me enough). I grew up in the Adland. As much as the Adland does not feel like home anymore, it’s still scary giving up familiarity.
